Position Summary

The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for the sales and marketing functions for the Mid-Atlantic region.  Territory will include the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC. Ideal city is Harrisburg, PA. Will have knowledge to sell across all ROC products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help maximize sales and increase sales volume at Key Accounts through execution, education, and promotion
  • Track competitive strategies and pricing and making recommendations for marketing, promotions and strategic initiatives based on the data you collect and analyze
  • Help determine competitive strengths & weakness
  • Supports team members on prospecting strategy, sales strategy, pricing
  • Aligns colleagues with sales opportunities that leverage their strengths and experiences
  • Introduce promotions, gain agreement and support from the store managers, secure preferred product placement, re-merchandise, place signage, and generate awareness
  • Monitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials
  • Participate and help in Shows and regional promotional activities
  • Identifies and generates demand within the region
  • Participates in the development of sales forecasting for annual budgeting, mid-year forecasts, and other financial planning/reporting activities
  • Utilizes other selling resources at the appropriate time in the selling process

  • Bachelor s Degree and/or equivalent work related experience and success
