This role assists the Director, Defense Programs in managing existing and future US and International defense programs. The ideal candidate will have basic government contracts and program management experience, demonstrate a history of meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives, and understand how to develop and maintain positive, long term government customer relationships. This individual will train to work as a Proposal Manager or Volume Lead on small to medium scope proposal efforts and will be expected to travel to defense trade shows, lead internal and government client IPTs, support new product concept development, and drive revenue and margin by maintaining a business development mind set.
