Performs a range of directed tasks of a technical, scientific, or physical nature in an engineering and laboratory environment.

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree from a two-year accredited or nationally recognized college or Technical Degree; or a minimum of 6 months experience working in hands-on Technical/Laboratory environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, work, and interpret instructions in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to record observations and keep records of data instructed.
Ability to perform general mathematical operations and simple data manipulations as instructed. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Other Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with CAD/CAM a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite necessary.
